I have been hearing that ALL houses made quota. I am sure the houses must all be happy about that. Trying to determine about doing COB rushing in the spring. Everyone says get to know the members in the houses you like. But, if all houses went over then they probably are not taking new members. Would that mean no COB rushing in the spring?
