TCU has complied with the NPC new regulation to change preference from 3 chapters to 2 for you to go to. This means all of the rounds will have less chapters for you to go to. This may seem like it will lower your chances, but it is made so you will maximize your options during preference and give you a higher chance of getting a bid than before.
