Transferred here from a bigger state school at the beginning of the fall semester and been rushing a bit. I've met some dope kids, but what makes some of these places cool or "top tier"? Penn's different for sure, but a lot of the kids in these frats are just... weird? The awkward type that can't hold a conversation or shotgun a beer with you for the hell of it. Maybe I haven't found the right spots but want to have an idea of what the social scene is like before open rush.
