The fact that these comments have so many likes answers the original question. Phi Delt runs this site. The post coming to their defense got 54 likes in one hour. Think about that. Take this site out of the picture for a second. Phi Delt has not thrown a good party in three years (my time at penn). Their coolest class is their seniors. They have not been able to get a full pledge class the past two years. Need more evidence? Watch how quickly they downvote this and comment in response
