Phi Delt is a solid frat, but not as good as they try to make themselves out to be. First, they have some cool guys who were genuinely liked in high school. As a result, they have decent relations with some good sororities. Second, they have unique events. On the flip side, it is a well known fact that they post on this site often and strongly focus on their image. As a result, many posts here put them higher than they should be (some even put them on the same level as Theos and As which is absurd). Overall Phi Delt used to be a great frat. Nowadays they still have some solid guys bit are mainly viewed as going downhill.
