Alright I've been at this school over two years now, and no one I know or I can figure out why Phi Delt is considered good. They don't throw bangers other than band party and haven't had a good pc in years. Sorority relations, while important, seem to be the only thing they have and I'm not even sure how they are on that this year. Do they just spam this website more than anyone else? Disclaimer: not in SAE because i know that'll be the first response. Might seen lame to make a post like this but I'm genuinely curious.
