Gamma Phi is a solid, respectable middle-tier house. They do have everything the OP states ... but they're simply not as desired by PMNs as the top 5. Nothing wrong with that, though -- they're a great asset to the Greek community, and their members should be proud to wear their letters. Whoever keeps posting this stuff, however, needs to get some help for her OCD. It's just odd, and it reflects badly on Gamma Phi.
