I don’t hate Pi Phi and actually cut Pi Phi. Most of my friends did too. But they aren’t considered top 3. Maybe they are lower top tier. But they get the girls from my HS that have it as their only “top” choice left. Who got cut from kappa, theta and even Chi O. It’s actually how my hometown views Tri delt too. Not first choice but usually 4th or 5th choice which makes them lower top tier. A good solid house but definitely not top.
