Honestly just go into recruitment with an open mind and an open heart. Tell her to be herself and 100% trust the process. I came into recruitment 2 years ago not knowing a single thing except what i had read on this sight...my “dream” house cut me after round 2 and i was devastated but in the end it lead me to where i was meant to be. I can’t wait to hear how her recruitment goes!
