DDD is nationally very strong. Are you saying you are moving from a northern school to Mississippi (MS) and not Michigan (MI)? If so, just come in and get to know the members, be open to reaching out and working to get involved. It is up to you to reach out. There is not some "we can't be friends with girls from the north". There are so many OOS girls at Ole Miss now. Don't worry about something like this. Just be yourself and get to know DDD's and don't limit yourself either. Lots of amazing girls at Ole Miss in which to be friends.
