As long as you drop before you're initiated then yes you can re-rush at your new college. But once you are initiated, even if you drop after, you can't rush again. That is the bad thing about our deferred rush. So many girls have trouble the first few weeks before rush because they don't really have very many friends if they come from far out of town and that sort of thing. I really hope that you find your home tomorrow and it completely changes your mind about transferring! Good luck with whatever your decision may be! :)
