Yes I do, but only to a certain point. Keep in mind that target lists have already been done and oos girls who haven't already been brought to the chapters attention won't likely be included on those lists. There are exceptions, and bottom tier houses have more fluid lists. These rules are actually in place for the protection of the PNM.
