1) Ole Miss DG is technically the alpha chapter for delta gamma, but due to a house fire that completely destroyed the property nations revoked the "alpha" title to instead "alpha psi" due to the complications with housing. The chapter is still respected and look as the founding chapter though nationally. 2) besides the 2009 case there is an ongoing case FROM nationals towards a member from another chapter/university that currently goes to Ole Miss. That being said there's no repercussions towards this chapter and isn't any issue for pnms
