Having a large quota does not make it easier to get a bid. There will be hundreds of girls who do not receive bids this fall. It sucks. But alpha phi is colonizing, so that is a good option for those girls who don't receive bids. Quota becomes larger as the freshman class expands and the number of girls rushing grows. DDD, XO- most difficult, need lots of connections KD, DG- difficult, need lots of connections and good resume Phi mu- medium, connections aren't needed if good resume KKG- medium but need less connections than phi mu AOPi, Pi Phi- easy, don't need connections Adpi, theta- easiest, don't need connections at all
