For the sake of helping the OP, I think "Yep" just meant to say that you should sneak in a thank you again so you seem appreciative and sweet (guilt trip the alum if you will). If the thank you letter seems too confusing for you. E-mail the rec writer and ask if she needs anything. Some sororities require two photos, for instance! Ask if she needs an other photo of you! This will be a reminder for the alum. You can use this as a cheat: "Hello, Mrs. ______________, I am so grateful that you're taking the time to write me a recommendation for ______! I was just wondering if you needed a second picture for my recommendation. I think I have read somewhere that sororities require two photos but I only sent you one. If you need an extra picture or anything else let me know! Again, thank you!"
