Just be nice!!!!! Don't be overly energetic, because that would definitely lead PNMs on, but be nice and try to have a great conversation and try to connect with PNMs even if you don't think they'll be getting an invite back to next round (You never know when you might really connect with someone and fall in love with them). You should want to make them feel at home during the time in your chapter. Just don't over do it. You don't want to give girls a bad taste in their mouths when they think about how you led them on and then dropped them after first round! Don't be rude but don't be over energetic. Just be normal and kind. Be a good representation of your organization.
