1. You don't know how rush is going to go. 2. AOPi and Pi Phi are on the same level and we don't know which house will rise after this new PC (but they will most likely have great PCs and they'll stay the same). 3. ADPi will not be middle tier for a long time. Sure they'll have a house but they'll need a lot of impressive rushes. All of this is so wrong.
