Alpha pi will need freshmen and sophomores and juniors, etc. starting out as an new colony, they will be relying on upperclassmen to help lead the way for the freshman class. Transfers will be very desirable to them! It is for this reason that there will not be an upperclass quota during formal. I rushed the same year that ADPi colonized. We had 3 transfers in my pledge class. Not many, but a few!
