I know I am only a pnm but I do know sororities do not want to share girls they like with other sororities and that they love to steal rush crushes. And let's say this was true, For ex: Chi O has 15 girls they like but they drop them all so APhi has more girls, who says that Phi Mu, DG, KD, etc wouldn't get them? No sorority wants to drop girls they believe in for another sorority. That is like Dg dropping a girl so Pi Phi could get her. That is just my thoughts. Feel free to correct me.
