1. You can drink beer in a solo cup. Just pour your beer into a cup. It's not a big deal. 2. Just have a 21 year old friend make an alcohol run for you and carry it up to your dorm in a backpack. Some CA's are strict on alcohol. Just be careful and hide it in your room until you know how your CA is.
