It won't totally ruin you, but your options will be limited. There are sororities that will automatically drop grade risks after the first round, UNLESS you have connections in the houses and those girls go to bat for you. In my sorority if we are supporting a girl and putting posters up with her pictures on them, and telling all our friends and alumni about her, she will usually get invited back to skit. After skit, those without the grades end up at the bottom of the lists, our return rates will determine if she moves up the list and gets an invite back. (totally out of our hands)
