Crosby does not have any private bathrooms. If they do have them, those are the rooms for the RAs. 2nd and 3rd floor have remodeled bathrooms and you don't have to use the elevator to get to your room (which is good exercise). Also, you have a few fire drills during the year so being on a floor above the 5th or so would be a pain in the bottom
