Does it help if you have aunts/cousins that went to Ole Miss and were in a sorority even though you aren't a legacy from them? Like if they call the recruitment chair or somebody and put in a good word along with writing a support letter does it help at all? Or do the chapters not really care since aunts/cousins don't actually make you a legacy? And if you have aunts/cousins in the same sorority as your mom (all of them were in the Ole Miss chapter) does it pull more weight than just your mom being in it? Or no? (I am keeping an open mind and not just trying to join any of their sororities and ignoring all the other houses)
