I agree with @Ehhh. They're similar because they have a lot of out of state girls who are average yet really pretty. But they're so different so you really can't say which house is better. Pi Phis are known for being fun and crazy, but AOPis are known for being fun but chill. They're opposites but they pick around the same type of girls: OOS, pretty, funny, and charming.
