This is an impossible question to answer. Most top tier houses are forced to cut half the pnms after water parties. So over half will not even have a clue about their rush. Same thing goes for the bottom houses that girls will drop after water parties. This question is so bias! Of course everyone is going to say their sorority. Pnms will just have to go through rush themselves to find out Historically the three top houses have 95-100% return rates after water parties, so I would obviously have to say those houses put on the best first rounds.
