Well you really don't know, it changes every year depending on how many girls drop the house or graduate in January. This year was Theta, ADPi, and AOPi. As far as I know about them, ADPi and Theta needed more girls for quota and AOPi had a lot of seniors who graduated and they took a few girls who had close friends in the house. So really, any house could do it to get quota or if nationals want them to get more girls. I don't really know about frats, but I know that Phi Psi, Sigma Pi, and maybe SAE and Pike went through spring rush, but I don't know for sure.
