I wouldn't say that personality doesn't matter during rush, it totally does!! The girl rushing you might totally get a girl crush on you and will bat for you while they're voting for girls! Personality is important! For instance, if you have a bad personality with a friend in the sorority, other girls might bring you down on the bid list. If someone doesn't want you in the house because you act like a b i t c h, it doesn't matter if you had connections. During rush, you should put your best foot forward and smile!
