Maybe in the past OOS students transferred out. That is not the case anymore. Now it is just a silly excuse. Mississippi girls leave school too! Also, girls from OOS are more likely to accept bids from bottom tier sororities. If you are from Mississippi, it's Tri Delt or chi o. Mississippi girls will accept bids from other top six houses, but will drop before accepting a bid to a bottom tier.
