ADPi's dues are more than Theta, and they haven't even finished the house yet, so if they go up even more next year. When going through rush just make sure you yourself are getting the information and straight from the horse's mouth. Nobody really knows but the greek office and the people in rush, so make sure you ask! Please do not even go to bid day if you feel that sororities are too expensive, or will be anywhere down the line. You'll be taking someone's spot or forcing the chapter to pay for you when you know you won't be able to pay for it. Good luck!
