Great advice for the girls coming up!!! Everyone is too focused on tiers. Girls try way too hard to be a Tri Delt, XO, or KD and hate Theta or ADPi just because they want to be in the "best house". All the houses here are great and I love my house so much even though it's considered "middle". I can't imagine myself in any other house!
