...has very little to do with quota...if you're a current member @OM you'd know that...these days there are SOOOO many PNMs rushing... the process is stacked so ALL chapters get the numbers they need... no matter the tiers...so like I said... its easy to figure out the pecking order on ANY campus's these days...using quota as your benchmark doesn't cut it...
