Of course KD and EVERY chapter at Ole Miss cares about their legacies. Being a legacy might get you past the first cuts to Philanthropy parties. Being a legacy does NOT guarantee you a bid. It will NOT let you slide by grade requirements with a low GPA or overcome a bad reputation. On the other hand, it could actually hurt you with chapters other than your legacy chapter. They might be less likely to extend an invitation to you, assuming that you will choose your legacy chapter first.
