the only way they will know is if they know they ranked you high on their list and you don't come back or get a bid meaning you ranked other houses before them who you mutually matched with but we all know that happens during recruitment and while actives can be sad over that no one is going to be mad at you because of it if you rank your skit houses 1 to 5 and get invited back to the houses you ranked 4 and 5... and then rank house 4 before house 5 after pref... but still get a bid to house 5 (which you ranked lowest on both skit and pref) no one will know how you ranked them and you will still be happy during bid day
