So the rushes rank and then get asked back to the houses based on who didn't cut them? It's not the same as when they got to rank 3 houses. It's just the same as in other rounds. You rank the houses and the houses rank you. Who you get asked back by is determined by how those lists match up and how many people each house is allowed to ask back for preference. Your ranking of the houses counts, as do the rankings the houses make of the PNMs.
