How many girls do the chapters have to cut after skit before pref to get the numbers down to a managable size for a pledge class? This depends on how houses have done in the past and how many girls traditionally rank them #1. If a house has a high number of pnms ranking it #1 so is more popular among pnms ranking after pref, then my that Panhellenic will tell that house to invite less people to pref. If a house has less people ranking it #1 (so more people ranking it #2) then that house has to invite more people in order to make quota.
