Ok, so I'm confused a bit. So who you get a bid from is based on where on their list your name falls? If I want ABC over XYZ and my name falls a little higher on one list than the other, the decision is based on their list and not my first choice? If you are on both lists at all don't they just go to your first choice? Maybe I should know this but that last response confused me a bit.
