And what are nationals supposed to do once a legacy is cut? There is no way to get that pnm back except through snap bids (which are very rare and only if said pnm doesn't receive a bid somewhere else). It will do Moms, grandmas, even sisters no good to complain to nationals. Best they can hope for is a lame apology and a "we thought she would be happier elsewhere" statement.
