Well, you won't get dropped for being poor, but you will get dropped for being from the north. And not all Tri delts are filthy rich. However, all are super spoiled. Most girls in sororities come from well to do families. Especially those coming from OOS. On top of regular tuition and housing costs, You have to pay $10,000 extra for tuition, factor an additional $5,000 for travel expenses back and forth from home, and sorority dues that can add up to roughly $8,000 a year plus clothes for all the parties. This is not something special for Tri Delt. All sorority girls have to come up with this kind money. Your average family can't afford for their OOS daughters to join.
