why does ole miss get to neglect national panhellenic policiy on participation in recruitment? NPC policy states there shall be no gpa requirment for participation in recruitment, yet ole miss ignores this. WHY? i get that low GPAs don't have many options. everyone knows that. but at the same time, do those girls not at least have the opportunity to try to meet people and engage in student life? athletes aren't held to this standard. when was the last time they told a football recuit - no dude, we can't scholarship you because you didn't have a 2.7 in high school... what kind of crap is this? the discrimination here is real. and nobody is doing anything.
