With ADPi coming on campus, and soon alpha phi, theta will continue to get better. BUT, just because theta is getting better doesn't mean that girls are going to throw down their xo or ddd bids and run to theta. I put theta on par with aopi. Almost pi phi, but pi phi still gets the great Texas girls that theta doesn't.
