And a waste of time for PNM, Sorority and Writer. Every sorority requires them. Therefore, writers are writing them for PNM’s they more than likely do not know. What value are they actually adding?When the writer does not know them? The writer is collecting the info off the resume. Why not just submit the PNM’s resume? If the writer knows the PNM that is different and a letter of support would go a long way.
