12% difference between biggest and smallest - if I did that right. Not terrible. I would guess that retention plays a big role in that difference. And that whole Mississippi network thing impacts retention big time in those top 3 - a plus in this case. I also don't actually think variable quota is over nor do I think it was expected to even things out in 3 years. That said I don't remember the original numbers when we first instituted variable quota so I could be 100% wrong. I wonder if they ever ran models predicting how long it would take for variable quota to even things out?
