I doubt anyone at a sorority HQ or NPC will approve artificially capping quota because of what a cluster it was at Indiana for so long. Even though the situations are vastly different, I doubt a cap will pass. We already have basically a cap with variable quota, and houses are still not even numbers-wise. Also a university Panhellenic can’t impose a gpa minimum. It’s an NPC unanimous agreement.
