The University knows that it needs to impose change on rush and who is allowed to rush. They won't do it. They want to be all squishy and inclusive and everybody gets to rush and have a chance to be a sorority girl. Now more & more girls are going to be dropped from rush which will cause a PR problem for the University. Then fewer students apply to go to school there. Just wait and see.... Running Theta off campus will have a bigger impact than you realize.
