I think DZ and Alpha Xi would be tough to colonize her with few alums around. Alpha Xi is not as large nationally as many other sororities so not sure they’d have the $$$ for a house. And given how ZTA was bullied like Theta, I wouldn’t blame them for not wanting to return. Right now no sorority will want to colonize in such a toxic environment. We’re lucky that ADPi and Alpha Phi we’re willing to do so.
