Just to be clear, it's BECAUSE of the unjustified bad reputation from BAD-MOUTHING ON CAMPUS AND ON THIS SITE that the chapter couldn't recruit and maintain itself. It's hard to succeed when everyone has decided to be against you no matter what. That is definitely bullying!
