Considering OM, and I have noticed people saying Chi O is on the decline, and was just curious about why? They seem like cute, smart, involved girls from my perspective (definitely outside looking in so don't think I am saying this is fact!), so I didn't know if there was something I was missing? Just seems like they would be on same level as DDD and KD because of girls they get but people don't seem to think so.
