Every one knows who the top tiers are (DDD, KD, Chio). Every year you have some new group come in and question it, but some time during the end of freshman year and beginning of sophomore year they get a reality check. You still have some dis-illusional group claim they they are top tiers to make them feel better about their selves but just like the schizo lady on the bench who is talking to her....you ignore them. Same with DG who's worked endlessly to self rank themselves to a greek rank "top tier" but has struggled for a few years now on campus and aren't even a top mid tier.
