This is not meant to be a bash so let me just start with that before I get jumped on. Just my opinion. Yes, Alpha Phi has beautiful and fun girls. However, until they get a handle on their retention, and until they do better with their grades, and until they are known as something other than the "hot girl" sorority, they just don't move up. It is as simple as that. They got a good pledge class. But they got what you would expect. And when you get what you would expect, there's no wow factor. And to move up the ranks at a place like ole miss you need to do more than what one would expect because our ranks are soooo tradition based. Maybe too traditiom based. But that's where we are.
