Hey Ole Miss. I don't have a crystal ball, but I'm thinking retention numbers will keep going down as long as you keep snubbing the OOS quality girls with your favorite tool "variable quota." 2019 OOS girls looking at going here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere until they get rid of variable quota that allows Panhellenic to make as many cuts as they want before Pref. If you don't believe me, do a google search of all the past posts that talk about it. Still don't believe me? Come on down and see for yourself.
